PTA provides support for teacher and administrators. We provide a fun, caring and positive environment in the school. We provide programs to enhance the school and advocate for funding to bring in new educational tools.

PTA involvement helps parents connect with the school and staff. You are able to gain a broader perspective of how you can be supportive of SRE. Also, get to connect with other parents and business that share a common goal of student achievement.

What do we do?
PTA stands for Parent Teacher Association, a school-based organization with a mission to make the school a better place for children to learn. Parents of students work together with teachers to volunteer in classes, raise money for school supplies, and generally support the school's efforts
Where does the money go?
School beautification, staff appreciation, Back 2 School Bash, fun and educational programs, scholarships for graduating seniors, Donuts with Dad, Muffins with Mom, Daddy / daughter dance, Mother / son dodgeball, school supplies, teacher grants, and so much more.

When adults volunteer, all students benefit! There are many opportunities for parents and community members to get involved! Your help is needed!
NISD BACKGROUND CHECK
